SEASON 2013 AUDITIONS

Hickory, Dickory, Dead

Directed by Rikkee Workman-Black

Cast: 3 men, 5 women, ages approximately 20-50.

Auditions: 7 pm, January 7th-8th.  Production dates will be February 14-23, 2013.

 

Steel Magnolias

Directed by Summer Ferguson

Cast:  6 females 20-70 years of age, 4 males (non-speaking) 16-70 years of age.

Auditions: 7 pm, February 25 & 26.  Production dates: April 4-13.

 

Barefoot in the Park

Directed by Luke Perkinson

Cast:  2 females 18-65 years of age, 4 males 18-65 years of age

Auditions: 7 pm, April 22 & 23.  Production dates: May 30-June 8.

 

Emma                                                                      

Directed by Micki Voelkel

Cast:  8 females 16-55 years of age, 8 males 16-70 years of age

Auditions: 7 pm, June 10 & 11.  Production dates: July 18-27.

 

Twelve Angry Men

Directed by Amanda Elkins

Cast:  14 men 20-80 years of age

Auditions: 7 pm, July 29 & 30.  Production dates: September 5-14.

 

White Christmas     (musical)

Directed by George Mann

Cast:  5 females and 6 males 20-65 years of age, 1 girl 10-18 years of age, plus a large singing-dancing ensemble.

Auditions: 7 pm, September 16 & 17. Call backs September 19. 

Production dates: November 14-23.

Primary Characters:

Bob Wallace – late 20s to mid 30s, a superb singer with a crooning style who moves well

Phil Davis – late 20s to mid 30s, strong jazz and tap dancing needed, a song-and-dance comic performer

Betty Haynes – mid to late 20s, a female singer of quiet beauty and charm who moves well

Judy Haynes – early 20s, strong jazz and tap dancing needed, a major song-and-dance performer

General Henry Waverly – late 50s to mid 60s, primarily a non-singing role

Martha Watson – late 40s to mid 60s, an appealing character-comedienne

Susan Waverly – approximately 9 years old, with an excellent belt voice and ability to move well
