Ticketing/Attendance Policies

Seating Late Arrivals. To minimize disruption for patrons and actors, those arriving after curtain time will be seated only at a suitable break in the performance. It is also possible that you may be placed in a more accessible seat then moved to your purchased seat at intermission. Seating after a performance has begun is subject to the discretion of FSLT. Please plan for a timely arrival.

Exiting/Reentering During A Performance.  Unless it is an emergency, we ask that you remain in your seat during the performance to avoid disrupting other patrons and actors. If it becomes necessary that you must leave your seat when it is not intermission, please do so during a scene change. Once the performance begins our theatre will remain dark; for your own safety, please use extreme caution if it is necessary that you leave your seat. Re-entry while the performance is in progress will be permitted at intermission, or at a scene change at the discretion of FSLT.

Seat Tickets Checked By Ushers. Seat tickets will be checked at the aisles by FSLT ushers. If you selected your seats online, you can bypass the Box Office when you arrive and show your print-at-home seat ticket or your ticket confirmation on your smartphone to an usher. Alternately, go to the Box Office upon your arrival, pick up your seat ticket, then proceed to an usher at either aisle.

Online Order Fees.  Online orders will be subject to a modest processing fee of $2.00 per order. This flat fee will apply regardless of the number of the tickets in the order. For Season Flex Pass patrons, order fees will be waived for tickets purchased during the exclusive pre-sell period.

Day Of Show Ticket Sales. Advance ticket sales will conclude one hour before curtain time. Tickets can also be purchased at the door for any performance beginning 45 minutes before curtain time.

Exchanges. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production, providing that seats are available, up to 1.5 hours before the ticketed performance. No exchange fee will be applied.

Lost Tickets.  If you have lost your ticket, visit the Box Office when you arrive for your performance.

No Refunds.  Except in the case of a cancelled performance, there are no refunds. However, tickets are transferrable to another person. Tickets may also be exchanged for another comparably priced performance of the same production, providing that seats are available, up to 1.5 hours before the ticketed performance.

Turn Back Tickets. If you have purchased tickets that are not going to be used, please consider releasing them by calling our Box Office at 479-783-2966 (extn. 2) up to 1.5 hours before the ticketed performance. While the value of turn-back tickets will not be refunded, you would be providing FSLT the opportunity to sell those unused tickets to other patrons who could fill those seats and enjoy the show.

Wheelchair Seating. Additional wheelchair seating may be available. Contact our Box Office regarding availability.

Doors Open. Evening performances begin at 7:30 p.m.; doors open at 6:45 pm. Matinees begins at 2:00 pm.; doors open at 1:15 p.m.

Ticketing For Off-Season Productions. Tickets for off-season productions are sold only at the door. Admission is not included with the purchase of a Season Package.

Children.  FSLT generally recommends that children under seven years of age should not attend live theatrical performances due to their limited attention span. Please be aware that some shows can be best described as PG-13 as they have adult themes or language that may be inappropriate for children. For further information regarding the age-appropriateness for a particular production, visit the show page at fslt.org or call our Box Office at (479) 783-2966 (extn. 2).

Please be aware that every person attending a performance must purchase a seat. To minimize disruptions for our patrons and actors, it is strongly advised that babes in arms are not brought to our productions.

Non-smoking facility.  FSLT is a non-smoking facility. No tobacco or e-cigarettes will be permitted unless specifically required by the script for an actor on stage.

No food or beverages.  Food and drink are not allowed in the auditorium.

Health and Safety Policies. For the health and safety of our patrons and volunteers, policies related to COVID-19 may be altered and/or implemented at the discretion of FSLT as guideline recommendations are changed. Click here for policies currently in effect.
